Yes — you can cancel up to 72 hours before check-in and get a full refund. After that, the deposit is non-refundable per policy. If something genuinely unexpected comes up, message us — we're human and we'll work with you when we can.
José María Córdova International Airport (MDE) is about 45 minutes by car from El Poblado. An Uber or InDriver runs around 80,000–110,000 COP (~$20–28 USD). The public airport bus takes 90 minutes and costs about 16,000 COP — there's a stop right at El Poblado station. We can also arrange a private transfer if you let us know in advance.
